In 2008, we set out to make a complete software solution for the retail jeweler. Leaning on over 40 years combined experience working within the software industry and 60 years combined experience in the retail jewelry industry, we developed Charm. Charm is our total solution for the retail jeweler. We struck the perfect balance between feature-filled software and ease-of-use. In 2010, we added Charm iOS, which elevated the customer retail experience to a whole new level with the Visual Sales Screen.
